Joseph Mazzarella brings substantial experience in technology development and executive business experience to the Company. Along with serving as the CEO of Travel Sciences, he also serves as the CEO of IM Interactive Corp., a high technology affiliate that operates in the Web 2.0 and instant messaging space.
Mr. Mazzarella is the former President of Connecticut Telephone, a full service telecommunications carrier providing local exchange, long distance, broadband and wireless services. Mr. Mazzarella was directly involved in the strategic business planning and operations of Connecticut Telephone for over seven years.
Mr. Mazzarella also served on the Board of Directors of KSI, Inc., an Annandale, Virginia-based high technology company engaged in the development and manufacture of wireless location systems for the telecommunications industry using angle of arrival (AOA) technology. He was appointed as a shareholder representative to the Board of Directors of TruePosition, Inc., a wireless location subsidiary of Liberty Media, Inc., as part of the merger of KSI and TruePosition.
Mr. Mazzarella is also a Member of the Board of Directors of SmartLink Radio Networks Inc., a developer and manufacturer of multi-protocol, frequency transparent switching technology for the public safety and critical infrastructure sector, located in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Prior to Connecticut Telephone, Mr. Mazzarella practiced corporate and financing law for 5 years with the law firm of Cummings & Lockwood. Also, he has substantial experience in representing banking and lending institutions, corporate merger and acquisition transactions, venture financing and private placements, and technology law, including licensing.
Mr. Mazzarella earned his Juris Doctorate., Cum Laude, from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, La. He also earned a B.S. in Chemistry, with honors in Sciences, from Hobart College in Geneva, N.Y. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Jeffrey Joyce brings in-depth information systems development and implementation
knowledge to Travel Sciences. He was formerly the President of Operations for
Connecticut Telephone. His responsibilities included developing and implementing
the information systems, billing and provisioning for Connecticut Telephone's
carrier services. Mr. Joyce has extensive experience in both business process
and business systems implementation.
Prior to joining Connecticut Telephone, Mr. Joyce was the sole proprietor of
a successful electronic bid reporting business. Previous to that, Mr. Joyce served
in various management positions with Dataflex, Inc. located in Edison, N.J. While
at Dataflex, his accomplishments included designing and implementing a comprehensive
electronic catalog and ordering system for customer sales transactions. Prior
to Dataflex, Mr. Joyce served as Vice President of Operations at ComputerLand
of Connecticut, and his responsibilities included delivery of products and services
through management of purchasing, warehouse, MIS, quality control and customer
administration.
Mr. Joyce is a Certified Network Engineer, Novell, and has extensive programming
and systems implementation experience, including BASIC, Visual BASIC, C++, Visual
C, Fortran, Pascal and Cobol, and mainframe, NT and UNIX platform experience.
He also has served as an instructor at Yale University, teaching computer sciences
and basic programming. Mr. Joyce has a B.S. in Computer Sciences and a minor
in Management from Central Connecticut University, New Britain, Connecticut

Chicke Fitzgerald She is a recognized world authority on both global distribution and the GDS companies and is a resource frequently used by the investment community for subject matter expertise and due diligence support for M&A activity in the industry. She is in the top 5% of advisors to the investment community worldwide with Gerson Lehman, across all industries.
Chicke Fitzgerald currently is the CEO and vice-chair of the Board of Managers of LesureLogix, a new travel company that has developed RoadTripWizard and the LeisureLogix personalized trip planning wizard product.
She is also the CEO of the Solutionz Group International Inc., a global consultancy based in Tampa founded in 1996.
The firm has expertise in all sectors of the travel distribution value chain, including offline /online agencies, corporate travel, travel suppliers, Global Distribution System (GDS) companies, travel technology and service providers.
Chicke brings nearly 30 years of experience in the travel industry in the electronic distribution and marketing fields, with a focus on the travel, transportation and telecommunications industries. Her expertise includes strategic planning, joint venture partnerships, marketing plan development and execution, multi-channel distribution, outsourcing and business process re-engineering. She has been a part of a number of start-up ventures, both within corporations and in an entrepreneurial environment, including the building of lasvegas.com in 2002 for Mandalay Resort Group and Caesars Entertainment.
She has provided expert consulting and executive level support to many of the industry’s leading companies, including AAA/CAA, Amadeus, American Express, Apollo Management, Travelport/Galileo, Intel, Ericsson, Perot Systems, Carlson Companies, Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini, Freescale, lasvegas.com, Sabre, Worldspan, Amadeus, TRX, World Access, Wyndham Worldwide, Hedna, Loews Hotels and Grupo Posadas.
Chicke has authored a book on the Global Distribution Systems, titled Outlook for the 21st Century and released three new books on travel distribution in 2003, known as the Travel Distribution Library. She is currently working on a book titled “The Travel Distribution Ecosystem”, due out in the fall of 2007.
Prior to forming her own consulting firm, She served as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing with SITA, a billion dollar telecommunications company based in Paris, France. In this position, she was responsible for launching a new line of business to market an IBM based reservations service to airlines worldwide. Additionally, she led a global task force to develop a plan to re-engineer the company. In September of 1995, following Morgan Stanley’s investment into SITA, She was part of a four-person start up team to spin off the Equant group. In that role, she reported to the CEO and President.
From 1992 to 1994 she held the positions of Director of Marketing Programs and Staff Director of Strategic Planning with WORLDSPAN, an Atlanta based provider of computerized reservations systems (CRS) for travel agencies and airlines. Her responsibilities included the launch of a new business unit, Transportation Solutions, management of the migration of one fourth of their subscriber base to a new system and international business development. She also acted as business liaison with WORLDSPAN’s founders, Delta, Northwest, TWA and Abacus, a CRS in the Pacific Rim.
From 1982 to 1992, she held a variety of management positions at AMR American Airlines in their SABRE Travel Information Network division, culminating in a position reporting to the President. Significant accomplishments included the endorsement by the AMR Board of the plan to form a new Latin American division. This followed American Airlines’ acquisition of the Eastern Airlines route structure, for which she was a part of the due diligence team. She was also responsible for the acquisition of the assets of the Capture company, which resulted in the formation of a new division to market a travel and entertainment tracking system for corporations. She was responsible for building this division and held the position of Vice President of Technical Services and Client Support, and later Acting President of the division. In her last position as Managing Director of Joint Ventures, she was responsible for all business activities in Central and South America.

Michael Stone has more than 25 years experience
in the travel industry. Stone formed Gestation, Inc. in 1996 to address
the need for new technology and technology solutions in the travel industry.
Travel
Sciences
was borne out of Gestation and is the culmination of his efforts to find
high quality travel industry solutions. He has held several top leisure
travel industry
positions, including most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer
of Sunquest Holdings USA, a U.S.-based start-up company of Airtours, plc.,
the largest
air-inclusive vacation company in the world. At Sunquest he was responsible
for creating a business plan to help Airtours understand the U.S. travel
marketplace and lay the groundwork for
establishing a U.S.-based operation.
Prior to that he was President and CEO of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.-based Certified
Vacations, one of the largest U.S. tour operators, where he was responsible
for developing, marketing and selling vacations under a variety of well-known
regional
and national private labels. During his four-year tenure at Certified Vacations,
he doubled sales from $200 million to $400 million. Stone also organized
and led New River Technologies, a start-up company involved in electronic
and Internet-based
travel distribution. In 1995 Stone received the Travel Agent Magazine "Winners
Circle" award in recognition of his industry achievements.
Prior to joining Certified Vacations, Stone was the treasurer of Stone Travel
where he helped oversee the opening of three offices and a cruise division, called
Cruise Quarters.
Stone serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Tourism and Marketing.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from
Cornell University.
